By ordering from us you are agreeing for your personal information to be used for the purposes of supplying the goods. Including passing your details onto couriers and other sub-contractors. We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your permission or give you the options to decline.

We aim to dispatch in stock items within 3-5 business days, but we cannot give precise delivery dates. We will package orders well and use reputable couriers, however we cannot accept responsibility for damaged goods in transit.
We will check our product over before sending to make sure they are fit for purpose. To ensure items are secure during transit we will partially disassemble some products (like bicycles) with minimal re-assembly required, example pedals on, handlebars re-attached/tightened and front wheels fitted. Here at Kona Bike Shop UK we would like you to be completely satisfied with products you purchase from us. We understand that occasionally mistakes can be made and there is sometimes a need to return or exchange the goods you purchased.

Under the Consumer Rights Act you have an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. But this right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods (this could be the date of purchase or the date the goods were delivered to you - whichever is later).
After the initial 30 days, you can't demand a full refund in the first instance, but you still have the right to a repair or replacement.
In addition to our Returns Policy, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods if you are an online, mail or telephone order customer. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify the retailer of your cancellation to return the goods.
Servicing and repairs are carried out by trained technicians to a high standard. We advise advanced booking of repairs as the workshop is normally busy. We endeavor to complete servicing and repairs on a same day service, you will typically drop the bike off in the morning (or day before) and it will be ready by the end of that day. We regret we cannot store bikes or parts, if bicycles are left with us for more than a week a £5 daily charge will be payable at the managers discretion. If a product is left with us for more than three months we will presume is no longer wanted and will be sold, destroyed or recycled.
